MODERATOR
Paul Hong, Director of Design Strategy, ServiceNow
Paul is a founding board member of the Design Forward Alliance. In a past life he was president of SDXD. Paul has worked in a wide variety of industries including big data, medical devices, biotech, cybersecurity, ERP, and enterprise IT (and even a startup...but mainly just for street cred). He is currently Director of Design Strategy for IT Operations Management products at ServiceNow, a global leader in the digital transformation of the modern workplace. On a personal note, he is a big fan of the LA Kings, IPAs, and any form of gummy candy (even those weird things shaped liked fried eggs).
PANELISTS
Julie Morgan, User Experience Lead, Qualcomm
Julie Morgan is a user experience design lead at Qualcomm, where she creates and scales interactions for desktop, mobile and web software applications. She is founder of Designing Women, a group championing and amplifies female UX professionals. Julie looks for inclusive ways to connect people, systems, and things.
Kyle Ledbetter, Director of Experience, Teradata
Kyle Ledbetter has led User Experience teams for eBay, Sears, MicroStrategy, and is currently Director of Experience for Teradata. Throughout his career Kyle has championed open-source initiatives in the enterprise, such as Teradata Covalent. As Teradata redefines the traditional view of analytics, Kyle and his UX organization are redefining the traditional role and deliverables of User Experience in the enterprise, empowering users via a non-invasive experience which is focused on outcomes over interactions.
